At Bucin Agro SRL Reghin, we take pride in the superior quality of our organic sea buckthorn and organic hazelnuts. We want every order to bring you complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, we have established a clear and transparent return policy.
It is important to note that, given the food nature and perishability of our products, we apply the legal provisions in force regarding exceptions to the right of return.
1. Right of Return for B2C Customers (Individual Consumers)
In accordance with GEO 34/2014, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (i.e. an online order) without having to justify their decision and without incurring any costs other than the direct costs of returning the products, within 14 calendar days from the date on which they take physical possession of the products.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Under Art. 16 GEO 34/2014):
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, as well as due to the perishable nature of the products, the right of return does NOT apply in the following situations for food products such as organic sea buckthorn and organic hazelnuts:
- Supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer.
- Supply of products that are susceptible to deterioration or expiring rapidly.
What this means for Bucin Agro SRL Reghin products:
- Unsealed or partially consumed products: Once the original sealed packaging has been opened, and the product (organic sea buckthorn, organic hazelnuts) has been partially consumed or is no longer in its original sealed condition, it CANNOT be returned.
- Products delivered in optimal conditions: If the product was delivered sealed, undamaged, within its shelf life, and in accordance with its description, and you simply changed your mind, the right of return does not apply for perishable food products.
2. Returns in Case of Quality Issues or Delivery Errors
Although the right of withdrawal is limited for food products, Bucin Agro SRL Reghin is fully committed to resolving any situations where:
- The product received does not match the description on the produsbio.ro website.
- The product arrived with damaged packaging affecting its quality.
- The product is within its shelf life but shows signs of alteration (unusual taste, appearance, smell).
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Procedure for Reporting Issues:
- Contact: Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@produsbio.ro, ideally within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Supporting Documents: Please include the order number, date of purchase, and supporting documents (invoice, AWB, delivery report with the courier, photographs).
- Assessment: The Bucin Agro SRL Reghin team will evaluate the request and decide on the most appropriate solution (replacement, discount or partial/full refund).
- Return of Products (if applicable): Only with the prior agreement of Bucin Agro SRL Reghin, products may be returned in their original packaging, under appropriate storage and transport conditions. Return costs may be borne by the customer or by Bucin Agro SRL, depending on the cause of the return.
3. General Conditions for Product Returns
- Original Packaging: All returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging (as far as possible for altered products) and, where applicable, must contain all associated labels and accessories.
- Invoice/Proof of Purchase: For any return, proof of purchase (fiscal invoice, receipt) is required.
- Food Hygiene and Safety Conditions: We cannot accept returns of food products that have been stored in inappropriate conditions or that have been in any way contaminated or altered through the customer's fault.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the return is approved. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
