1. Organic Product Quality Guarantee

All products sold by Bucin Agro SRL Reghin benefit from a quality and conformity guarantee, in accordance with applicable legislation and European standards for organic products.

• Organic Certification: We ensure that our organic sea buckthorn and organic hazelnuts are cultivated and processed in accordance with the principles of organic farming, certified by authorised bodies (e.g. Ecocert Romania). This confirms that our products are obtained without synthetic chemical pesticides, artificial fertilisers or genetically modified organisms.
• Food Safety Standards: We strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations throughout the entire production and packaging chain, ensuring that the products reach you in the best possible condition.

2. Product Shelf Life

• Best Before Date (BBD) / Expiry Date: Each batch of organic sea buckthorn and organic hazelnuts is labelled with a clearly visible best before or expiry date on the product packaging. We guarantee that the product maintains its stated qualities (nutritional value, taste, texture) until this date, provided that storage conditions are met.
• Storage Conditions: For our products to retain their quality until the best before date, it is essential to follow the storage instructions on the label (e.g. store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, specific temperature for sea buckthorn products). Failure to comply with these conditions may affect the quality of the product, and the guarantee may not apply in such cases.

3. Reporting Quality Issues

Customer satisfaction is a priority for Bucin Agro SRL Reghin. If you encounter any quality issues with a product purchased from produsbio.ro (e.g. product does not match its description, damaged packaging upon receipt, product within its shelf life but with altered qualities), we ask you to contact us as soon as possible at contact@produsbio.ro, providing the following information:

• A detailed description of the problem.
• The order number and date of purchase.
• Clear photographs of the product and the label showing the best before date and batch number.
• The conditions under which the product was stored.

Analysis and Resolution: We will analyse each report as a priority and, if a quality issue attributable to us or to the producer (Bucin Agro SRL Reghin) is confirmed, we will propose an appropriate solution: product replacement or a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.
